Relax Reset Reconnect for Moms Join Our MOMS Support Group
One hour can feel like a lot when everyone needs something from you.
There are meals to make, rides to give, bills to think about, homework to check, appointments to remember, laundry that somehow never ends, and people who depend on you every day. Motherhood is full of love, but it also asks for so much. It asks for your patience, your energy, your body, your time, and sometimes even your sense of self.
That is why the M.O.M.S support group was created.
Relax. Reset. Reconnect. is a simple invitation for moms to pause for one hour each month. No pressure. No judgment. No expectations. Just a safe, welcoming space to breathe, talk, laugh, listen, share, and remember that you matter too.
Join us every 2nd Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a laid-back, meaningful gathering created for moms in every season of life.

Motherhood was never meant to be carried alone
Being a mom is one of the most rewarding roles many of us will ever have. It can also be one of the most demanding.
Moms carry joy and worry at the same time. They celebrate first steps, school wins, birthdays, and small victories that no one else may notice. They also carry sleepless nights, hard conversations, changing schedules, family needs, and the quiet weight of wondering if they are doing enough.
This space is for women, mothers, wives, stepmoms, single moms, grandmas, foster moms, and caregivers. It is for women raising babies, teens, adult children, grandchildren, or children who came into their lives in unexpected ways. It is for the mom who feels confident and the mom who feels tired. It is for the one who talks easily and the one who would rather sit quietly at first.
So often, moms are the ones holding everyone else together.
They remember the details. They notice when someone is off. They plan, adjust, comfort, forgive, encourage, and keep going. Somewhere along the way, it becomes easy to forget that moms need care too.
We say, “I don’t have time.”
Sometimes that feels true. Life is full. Schedules are tight. But the question is gentle and honest.
Can we make space for one hour each month?
Not a whole day. Not a major commitment. Not another task to perform perfectly.
Just one hour.
One hour to sit down. One hour to exhale. One hour to be around women who understand without needing a long explanation.
What happens at M.O.M.S
The M.O.M.S support group is built around connection, rest, and real-life encouragement. Each month will offer a different type of gathering, so the experience stays fresh, meaningful, and welcoming.
Some months may feel calm and quiet. Some may be creative. Some may be filled with conversation and laughter. Some may offer space for reflection. Every gathering is designed with the same heart, to help moms feel supported instead of isolated.
You can expect experiences such as:
Yoga Gentle movement to help release tension and reconnect with your body.
Sound bowl meditation A peaceful time to slow down, breathe, and settle your thoughts.
Sip and paint A fun, creative gathering where the goal is enjoyment, not perfection.
Coffee and conversation A relaxed time to talk, listen, share stories, and build friendships.
Seasonal gatherings Meaningful moments that honor the rhythms of the year and the seasons of motherhood.
Sister circles A supportive space for honest conversation, encouragement, and shared wisdom.
Wellness and self-care experiences Practical and restorative moments that remind moms to care for themselves too.
This is not a class where you have to know what you are doing. It is not a place where you need to impress anyone. It is not a group where you have to arrive with the right words, the right outfit, or the right mood.
Come tired. Come happy. Come quiet. Come overwhelmed. Come hopeful. Come unsure.
Come exactly as you are.
A safe space changes the way moms breathe
A safe space does not mean everything is perfect. It means you do not have to pretend.
In many parts of life, moms feel pressure to look like they have it all together. They may smile when they are exhausted. They may say “I’m fine” because explaining everything feels too hard. They may carry guilt for needing a break, even when they have given all they can.
At M.O.M.S, the goal is different.
The goal is to create a space where moms can be real. A place to share experiences, laughter, challenges, wisdom, and maybe even a few tears. A place where a hard week does not have to be hidden. A place where joy can be celebrated without comparison. A place where your story is met with compassion.
We were not meant to do motherhood alone.
Those words matter because isolation can make normal struggles feel personal. When a mom is surrounded by women who are honest about their own lives, something shifts. She realizes she is not the only one who gets tired. She is not the only one who worries. She is not the only one learning as she goes.
That kind of connection can bring relief.
It can also bring strength.
A supportive circle does not fix every problem, but it can remind a mom that she does not have to face every problem by herself. Sometimes one conversation can help her see a situation differently. Sometimes one shared laugh can lighten the day. Sometimes one quiet moment can help her return home feeling more grounded.

When moms are supported, families grow stronger
Moms often set the emotional tone in their homes. That does not mean they are responsible for everything, and it does not mean they should carry every burden alone. It means their well-being matters deeply.
When a mom has space to rest, she can return to her family with more patience.
When she feels heard, she may feel less alone in the hard moments.
When she builds friendships with other women, she has people to call, laugh with, pray with, learn from, and lean on.
When she remembers her own worth, she models something powerful for her children.
Our children deserve to see healthy relationships among women. They deserve to see moms supporting moms. They deserve to see friendship, kindness, honesty, and care in action. They deserve to learn that asking for support is not weakness.
It is wisdom.
A mother who takes one hour to reset is not taking something away from her family. She is pouring back into the person who gives so much to them.
That is part of the heart behind this group. We want to reconnect with ourselves, strengthen our families, and build genuine friendships that remind us we are not alone.
We are the village.
And when the village is healthy, everyone benefits.
When moms are supported, families become stronger. When families become stronger, communities thrive. That kind of change does not always start with a big event. Sometimes it starts with women sitting in a circle, telling the truth, sharing coffee, breathing deeply, and choosing to show up again next month.
What you may gain from one hour each month
Every mom’s experience will be different. Some may come for friendship. Some may come for quiet. Some may come because they need encouragement. Some may come simply because they are curious.
There is no wrong reason to show up.
Here are some things you may gain by being part of this MOMS support group:
New friendships and meaningful connections Real relationships can grow when women gather with honesty and kindness.
Time to recharge and reset A short pause can help you feel more centered before stepping back into daily life.
A supportive circle of women who understand You do not have to explain every detail for another mom to understand the feeling.
Encouragement without judgment Support feels different when it comes without shame, pressure, or comparison.
Greater confidence and self-worth Being seen and valued can help you remember who you are beyond your responsibilities.
Tools for navigating motherhood and life Shared wisdom, simple wellness practices, and honest conversation can offer practical help.
Inspiration to pour back into yourself Self-care does not have to be expensive or complicated. It can begin with making room to breathe.
A renewed sense of community and belonging Connection reminds us that we are part of something bigger than our own daily routines.
The reminder that you matter too Your needs, feelings, dreams, health, and joy are worthy of care.
These gains may not happen all at once. Friendship takes time. Trust grows slowly. Comfort builds month by month. That is okay. The group is not about rushing connection. It is about creating room for it.
Give yourself permission to be perfectly imperfect
Many moms wait until life calms down before they take time for themselves.
They wait until the house is cleaner. They wait until the kids are older. They wait until work slows down. They wait until they feel less tired, less emotional, less behind, less stretched.
But life may not hand us a perfect opening.
Sometimes we have to choose a small opening and step into it.
This monthly gathering is one of those openings. It is one hour set aside for rest, connection, and care. It is a chance to stop performing and start receiving. It is a place where you can bring your full self, not just the polished parts.
You do not need to be the “strong one” every minute.
You do not need to have the answers.
You do not need to apologize for needing support.
You are welcome in the middle of the busy, the messy, the beautiful, and the hard.
Join us every 2nd Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for Relax. Reset. Reconnect. Come for yoga, sound bowl meditation, sip and paint, coffee and conversation, seasonal gatherings, sister circles, wellness experiences, or simply the comfort of being around women who understand.
Give yourself one hour to be perfectly imperfect.
You care for so many people. Let this be one place where you are cared for too.
